Down in the Basement

"Down in the Basement" is the only venue in Chicago that offers a regular live blues show for all ages. Families are welcome to enjoy the sounds of the Gloria Shannon Blues Band every Saturday night from 8 p.m. to 12 midnight in a small, intimate setting. No alcohol is served at "Down in the Basement," and no smoking is allowed. There is a $5 cover charge for adults. Children under 12 are free. The Blue Chicago Store is located at 534 N. Clark.
